Her expertise in business estate planning, insurance, and small business banking has made her a steadfast pillar of support for numerous small business owners throughout her career. Chi consistently excels in diverse areas, including business development, nonprofit consulting, and board development. Her advocacy is resolute in championing the advancement of women, minorities, veterans, and all protected groups in society.

Chi's approach is integrative, encompassing the fusion of grant writing, business planning, marketing, financial analysis, operational guidance, and growth strategy to craft sophisticated solutions. This approach empowers her to foster business growth and assist nonprofits in achieving their funding goals.

As a seasoned member of the Grant Professionals Association and a current member of the Economic Development Committee of the National Small Business Association's Leadership Council, Chi's commitment extends well beyond her professional affiliations. For the past eight years, she has admirably served as the Executive Director of two nonprofit organizations, currently holding that role for The Dates Group Project. Additionally, she is a founding board member of the esteemed Dress for Success Greater Chicago. Chi's compassionate and unwavering dedication shines brightly in her work and service to her community.
